Thato G Tsie is a young key population living in Botswana working as a Health and wellness Officer LEGABIBO responsible for implementing key population projects under LEGABIBO. Promote various types of condoms that key population used and also, I work as a PEER NAVIGATOR, responsible to assisting newly HIV positive with peer-to-peer support, as I also work as an HIV activist advocating for key population programming in Botswana.
Claver est activiste et militant de la lutte contre le VIH/SIDA, engagé dans le plaidoyer pour la promotion, la protection et la défense des droits des minorités sexuelles et des KP, y compris l’accès pour tous aux soins de santé. Champion pour l'engagement des pays pour le South to South Learning Network (SSLN) en Côte d’Ivoire, il continue de jouer un rôle important en matière de prévention du VIH, de la lutte contre la stigmatisation-discrimination envers les populations clés et LGBTQI.
Titulaire d’un Master en Santé, Population et Développement et certifié en épidémiologie de Terrain, il a débuté en 2011 dans le domaine de l’Eau et l’Assainissement (WASH). Il a occupé divers postes au Ministère de la Santé, à l’OMS et au Programme National de Lutte contre le Sida et les IST, contribuant à des projets majeurs comme la riposte contre la Covid-19. Depuis avril 2023, il est chef de département de la surveillance épidémiologique du VIH et des IST et membre du réseau SSLN.
Victoria Natoni Daniel works with National Empowerment of Positive Women United (NEPWU) as a program officer. She has 16 years’ experience Implementing HIV prevention Program and 7 years’ engaging key and priority populations and Network of women & girls living and affected by HIV in South Sudan. She has expertise in women empowerment and community engagement intervention, coordination and communication skills, program design and implementation abilities as well as policy compliance.

Wilson Box, Projects Executive Director for Zimbabwe Civil liberties and Drug Network, holds
a Masters in Development Studies specializing in Public Policy and Management from the
Erasmus University Rotterdam`s Institute of Social Studies Graduate School. Wilson is a fellow
of the Open Society Foundation in which he undertook programmes in Human Rights and Drug
Policy Reform at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary and The Graduate
Institute of the University of Geneva, Switzerland in which he has done programmes in Drug
Policy Reform, Global Health and Diplomacy. Internationally, Wilson has been a board member
of the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs where he served as Deputy Secretary. Wilson through
Zimbabwe Civil Liberties and Drug Network, a peer led initiative of communities using drugs in
Zimbabwe, has been instrumental in having the Zimbabwe National Drug Master Plan and the
Treatment and rehabilitation guidelines adopted by the government of Zimbabwe in 2021. The

Key Populations Programme Manager for NACOSA, the Principal Recipient for the South African Global Fund programme. Sixteen years working within the Health Sector and key populations. Qualifications: Master Degree in Social Policy and Management (University of Cape Town) and a Masters in International Social and Health Policy (University College of Oslo, Norway). Previously, Sex work programme specialist providing technical guidance to 14 cities and now leading the People who inject drugs programme implemented in 8 cities. Also, strategic lead on Frontline AIDS' Action 4 (Innovative responses to Health) responsible for knowledge management and learning sharing amongst global and regional partners.
Zahara Mansoor is a dedicated advocate and champion of public health services for vulnerable populations. Her impactful journey in this field began in 2020, and she continues to make a significant impact until today. Over the years, she has actively participated in various technical working groups alongside TACAIDS and NACP, focusing on critical areas such as TWG PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), prevention working groups, and AYAS. Zahara Mansoor has a background as a peer educator, and her commitment to global public health has propelled her to the role of a global champion within the South to South Learning Network (SSLN) of the Global Prevention Coalition. In this capacity, she advocates for and contributes to knowledge-sharing and collaborative efforts on a global scale. Notably, she represents the interests and perspectives of young people within the Key Vulnerable Population Forum, ensuring their voices are heard in crucial discussions and decisions.
In her current role, Zahara serves as the representative of young key population in the forum of KVP Forum Tanzania.
