The SSLN is a space for African countries to come together and share best practices in support of greater HIV prevention capacity.
You will learn from your peers, discover new and effective prevention methods and approaches, and gain insights to inform grant making, policy decisions and programme implementation.
As we conclude this phase of the SSLN, we celebrate the collective efforts, learnings and impactful collaborations from across the region.
Lessons from the PSATs and the network helped us in our Global Fund proposal, particularly in quantifying our condom needs and setting targets for various programs.
The future is full of promise, and through SSLN, we can share innovations and support each other in overcoming challenges.
Thank you for the warm welcome to this initiative. I look forward to a meaningful networking experience to strengthen our HIV prevention programs.
This network enables policymakers, program managers, and implementers to exchange South-to-South best practices, promoting effective strategies and addressing implementation gaps in resource-limited contexts.
I think the team is fantastic—young, energetic, and innovative. I hope they continue their great work with the same infectious energy and enthusiasm."
One thing I've learned about SSLN is its convening power—this Ghana KP workshop brings together all constituencies.
